Deposit Policy

To enable the business to stay sustainable and protect Blaze against 'no show' appointments, we have added a deposit policy to all of our colour services, you can read the details of this below.

  • Upon booking a colour appointment we will ask for your contact details along with either a £10 or £20 deposit (this will depend on the amount of time your service takes)

  • Deposit will then be discounted from your total bill on the day of your appointment.

  • We request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment in order to refund any deposit.

  • If you have an emergency during the 48 hour window which stops you from making your appointment, although we can no longer provide a deposit refund, we WILL be happy to discount the deposit from a future booking with us.
